BSA Additive when used to any grade of bentonite for horizontal or vertical drilling applications results in high yield point,improved gelling ,excellent carrying capacity and excellent soil dispersion even while drilling in difficult soils.

BSA ADDITIVE when added to bentonite for civil engineering applications supports the mineral hydraulic barrier in diaphragm walls, foundations, tunneling, horizontal directional drilling etc.

BSA additive when added to bentonite for iron ore palletizing applications acts as a binder and rheological modifier which helps in pellet binding of iron ore.

BSA ADDITIVE when added to bentonite for use in foundary sand improves wet/dry compressive strength significantly at a low cost.

It also reduces variability,new sand addition,waste generation for disposal by accumulating less fines and improves the sand consistency.

BSA Additive added to bentonite improves free swell, fluid loss and matting permeability.

Moreover, there is a significant benefit of this additive in the neutralization of acid levels in materials above and below the matting.

BSA ADDITIVE increases the bentonite quality of medium to low grade bentonite allowing it to be used in manufacturing of products such as drill mud meeting API standards.

This additive has been developed primarily to beneficiate lower to medium grade Sodium and Calcium Bentonite.

When the BSA Additive is applied to Bentonite, the rheological  characteristics of bentonites are substantially improved thus creating a well balanced improvement in apparent viscosity, plastic viscosity and yield value without increasing fluid loss.

When applied to the lower grade bentonites, the beneficiated bentonite can then be used for most commercial product applications.

BSA has also developed a range of other additive products with the BSA Additive being the base component.  Through this the following bentonite products can also be produced.

The BSA waste water additive when applied to bentonite, has been purposely developed  for use in treating industrial waste water.
